By accessing or using KaviAI ("the Service") operated by Kaviwebdesigns ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KaviAI is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to create brand profiles, connect social media accounts, and generate and publish content using AI agents. The Service is available at kaviagentic.com and related subdomains.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Connected Social Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Reddit). By connecting these accounts, you authorize KaviAI to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant. You may disconnect any account at any time. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content. You retain full responsibility for all content published through the Service.

7. Billing and Payments

The Service is offered at $50/month with one brand profile included. Additional profiles are available at $20/month each. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. The KaviAI platform, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of Kaviwebdesigns.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaviwebdesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
